Flexible plywood

Flexible plywood is a kind of engineered wood with special structural elasticity, which can achieve fracture-free bending on curved surfaces with a radius ≥300mm, breaking through the rigidity limitations of traditional plywood. The core technology lies in the unique veneer arrangement and elastic bonding system.


Bending radius: as low as 100 times the thickness of the board (3mm thick products can be bent to R300mm)

Modulus of elasticity: 800-1200MPa in longitudinal direction, 500-800MPa in transverse direction (ASTM D3043).

Recovery rate: deformation recovery rate after unloading＞92% (72 hours test)

Water content: 6-8% (prevent curvature deformation)
