Alien packaging board
Alien packaging board is a type of artificial board, which is made of wood segments that are cut into wood skin by rotary cutting. After being coated with glue by a glue machine, the wood skin is manually arranged horizontally and vertically to form three or more layers of board like material. The number of layers of alien packaging board is usually odd numbered single board. Then, the alien packaging board is placed in a cold press machine for several hours or more for preliminary shaping, and then transferred to a hot press machine for high-temperature hot pressing to solidify the glue, causing the wood skin to adhere to each other, thus making the alien packaging board. The high-temperature hot pressing process can kill insect eggs, so the alien packaging board is also a non fumigation wooden material.
Alien packaging board can improve the utilization rate of wood and is a major way to save wood.

We divide the quality of the core board into the following categories:
Chipboard: When the raw material veneer is relatively small, the finished plywood sandwich after cutting will have more gaps, resulting in poor overall load-bearing capacity and low cost. This type of board is called chipboard and cannot be split. It can be used for ordinary wooden boxes, wooden pallets, and pads.
Semi whole core board: When the raw material is a large piece of wood with a relatively regular veneer and a whole piece of veneer, the finished plywood sandwich after cutting has fewer gaps and can be cut and used without quality problems. The overall load-bearing capacity is higher than that of broken core board, and the cost is moderate. This type of board is called semi whole core board (perforated board). Whole core board: When the raw material veneer is a relatively complete whole sheet of veneer, the finished plywood sandwich after cutting has almost no gaps, clear layers, good load-bearing capacity, and high aesthetics. This type of board is called a whole core board, which can be used with 3cm strips, basically without loss, and is mostly used for high-end wooden box packaging and production.

One time molded veneer plywood: The core and surface of the plywood are directly pressed onto a press machine for hot pressing, resulting in a relatively flat and slightly overlapping surface. The overall surface is relatively flat, and compared to secondary molded plywood, the price of primary molded plywood is more favorable. It is mostly used for the production of steel belt boxes
Secondary molding veneer plywood: After multiple processes such as core trimming, putty scraping, sanding, etc., the board surface is made very flat and beautiful, without overlapping or centrifugal problems. It is commonly used for gallery calligraphy and painting, cross stitch backboards, and some high-end wooden packaging. Suitable for products and some high-end packaging in the fields of laser engraving such as toys and puzzles.
